Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time for all orders:

  • United States: 7–10 business days

  • International Orders: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control such as customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand.


Shipping Rates

We offer simple and transparent shipping rates:

  • Orders under $70: $5 standard shipping

  • Orders $70 and over: Free standard shipping

Shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery status.


Delayed or Lost Packages

While we work with reliable shipping partners, occasional delays may occur. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team and we will assist you.


Incorrect Address

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
